FAQs

How do I track my order?
 

If you created an account, you will be able to find your orders located in My Orders. There you will see current and previous orders. Tracking numbers will be added to those orders once the items are shipped.

What are your delivery options?
 

This is an online only fashion store. All orders will be shipped out using USPS. 

How do I return an item?
 

If an item needs to be returned, fill out the customer care form above. Be sure to include the order number in the message. A prepaid label will be emailed to the email address supplied on the form. Once the item has been received, a refund will be processed. 

How can I contact your couriers?
 

USPS is the choice of shipping for BQF. If you are needing to contact them for any reason, their customer service phone number is 1-800-275-8777 or visit their website here.

Do you provide International delivery?
 

BQF does not deliver outside of the United States at this time. 

What is your returns policy?
 

You have 10 business days from the date the item was delivered to return any item for a full refund. After the 10 business days have passed, you have 30 days to return for a a store credit. After 30 days, no refunds are allowed.
